Senior Software Engineer

- Implemented the calculations modules to create calculators with different configurations to get more accurate prices. These calculators are also having outbidding feature. This feature helped us to increase our marketplace orders by 2-3x and also helped us to improve our rank in the listings on the other e-commerce platform.
- Build a whole module to give pro membership and box features to our customers to increase sales. It helped us to increase orders from the countries, where we were getting fewer orders.
- Worked on the ordering bot to place orders on the amazon marketplace which helped to reduce the workload on OMT and the estimated shipping date for CX. Selenium web driver is being used for browser-based regression automation.
- Build an in-house notification service to send notifications to customers via push notification, SMS, and email. Implemented Amazon SNS, MailGun, Gupshup.
- Implemented cron job to fetch the pending order from different marketplaces eg. Amazon, OnBuy, and Desertcart.
- Worked on the main core module related to Pricing, Refer and Earn, Prohibited Words, Public Tracking and many more. It helped the finance team to decide the margin percentage and other financial calculations.
- Owned the development and release of some modules related to OPS to improve the logistics. eg- Courier Select Module. it helped us to decide the shipping rate for a product and bunch of products.
- Worked on reducing the search page load time so we can give a good experience to the customer.
